Process for invitation ensembles

Step 1 - Contact Event-ations! The first thing you need to to is contact us by e-mail or by phone to discuss your needs. We can answer any questions you may have and chat about your event. We will discuss your ideas, vision, style, theme at this time. We can also go over your budget and timeframe. We'd be happy to provide advise and brainstorm with you and come up with something that would work for you and your wedding.
Step 2 - Sample time! After we discuss what you are looking for, we can start making custom samples for you! Based on what we discussed, we will complete several different samples that we think you would like. This part of the process usually takes about a week and will be presented to you generally through email and digital files. We can add or change different elements and can discuss changes through e-mail or phone. before we begin work on your design, we require a $40 fee to cover design time and expenses. This fee is non-refundable, but will be applied toward your total cost of your order.
Step 3 - Mock-up! Afer you view your digital samples and decide what you like the most, its time to start a mock-up. A mock-up is a real-life sample. We will make it to look like what your final order would look like and mail it to you. Once you recieve this, you can make sure this is what you want before you put in your final order. If there are any small changes to make, we can discuss them and make it look perfect!
Step 4 - Production! Once the final invitation design is approved and is excatly how you want it, it is time for us to print and assemble your invitations! Payment is due in full at this time, before printing begins. We will let you know when you can expect your delivery (typically between 3-5 weeks).
Process for Photo Announcements
This includes photo announcements, save-the-dates and thank you cards
Step 1 - Contact Event-ations! The first thing you need to to is contact us by e-mail or by phone to discuss your needs. We can answer any questions you may have about the photo cards and chat your wants and needs for your own card. We will discuss your ideas, vision, style, theme at this time. We'd be happy to provide advise and brainstorm with you and come up with something that would work for you and your wedding.
Step 2 - Design and sample - After we discuss what you want, we will begin designing for you. Payment is due at this time. You may have chosen an already designed card or you may choose for us to design a whole new card for you. Either way, we will send you a digital sample of what you finished product will look like. if we are designing a new design for you, will will send you several digital samples so you may choose what you like. After you finalize the design you will double check the wording and make sure it is ready for printing.
Step 3 - Print and deliver! Once everything is finalized we will send it off to printing. Our photo cards are professionally printed on high qulaity photo paper. It will take about a week for them to get to you.
